Meir Kay is a breathwork facilitator guiding individuals and groups with the power of their breath to connect with themselves and their world in a deeper way. He is also the co-founder of Ahdama Remembrance , a Jewish Men’s Retreat and Men’s Coach.  He’s on a mission to connect people with their hearts through various somatic and embodiment practices. 

He’s also the author of A Kids Book about Optimism which made it on Oprah’s Favorite list.

Meir travels the world facilitating breathwork and ecstatic dance workshops. 
When he’s not facilitating Meir loves running, hiking, cold plunging and traveling this big, beautiful, world.
