I offer private, one-on-one adaptive yoga sessions designed around your current body — not the one you had 10 years ago. Each session is built in real time around your mobility, history, and goals. This is personalized movement, created specifically for you — not pulled from a template or a generic class.

What Happens in a Session:
• A focused check-in to understand how your body feels that day
• Assessment of mobility, stability, and areas of limitation
• A tailored 25–30 minute movement sequence designed specifically for you
• Clear feedback and guidance for continued progress

Sessions can be seated, standing, wall-supported, or chair-assisted.

The goal is not performance.
The goal is confidence, strength, and long-term mobility — helping you feel steady, capable, and comfortable in your body.

Founding Client Opening

I am currently accepting a limited number of founding clients at an introductory rate of $25 per 40-minute private session.
