Challenge Instructions
This is not a journaling trend.
This is emotional recalibration.
For 14 days, you will show up — not for perfection — but for honesty.
Here’s how this works:
Choose a consistent time each day.
Morning for clarity.
Night for release.
This is your non-negotiable emotional appointment.
You are not allowed to rush this work.
You are allowed to feel it.
There is something powerful about physically releasing emotion through the body.
No editing.
No performance.
No writing for Instagram.
This is private.
This is sacred.
Each day builds emotional capacity.
We move through:
• Suppressed anger
• Unspoken truths
• Hidden pain
• Carrying others’ emotions
• Identity shifts
• Permission to take time
• And finally — integration
Do not skip ahead.
Your nervous system needs progression.
You are not here to:
• Justify your feelings
• Make anyone look good
• Be the bigger person
• Sound spiritually evolved
You are here to tell the truth.
Even if it’s messy.
Especially if it’s messy.
Emotional release without grounding can feel heavy.
After each session:
• Take 5 deep breaths
• Drink water
• Step outside for air
• Place your hand on your chest
Let your body settle.
Release is not self-abandonment.
If a day feels overwhelming:
Pause.
Breathe.
Return the next day.
Healing is rhythm.
Not punishment.
What you write is yours.
You may share reflections if you feel safe.
But do not expose raw wounds for validation.
This challenge is about internal shift — not external applause.
This challenge may bring up:
• Grief
• Anger
• Memories
• Realizations
That is not failure.
That is release.
If at any point you feel emotionally overwhelmed beyond journaling, seek professional support.
This space supports growth — not crisis management.
• Clearer emotional boundaries
• Reduced emotional reactivity
• Deeper self-awareness
• Relief from suppressed tension
• A stronger internal voice
• A new relationship with your emotions
You will not become emotionless.
You will become emotionally regulated.
There is a difference.
Before joining, say this to yourself:
“I am ready to stop suppressing what I feel and start processing it.”
If that sentence makes your chest tighten…
You’re ready.
As a reward to consistent members or participants you will have a 10% discount on my 1:1 session.
