Move from 'stuck and heavy' to 'light and floaty' in your vinyasa transitions.
If you’ve ever done a vinyasa, attempted a jump back, and immediately landed into a belly-flop…
Or if getting your legs through feels physically impossible, like your feet are glued to the mat and your body refuse to cooperate…
You’re in the right place 🙂
$67 USD (less than a cup of coffee a day)
Why $67 is a steal
Let’s break it down:
1️⃣ Private Yoga Lessons – Typically $80-$150/hour. And you probably won’t achieve it in just one session 🙈
2️⃣ Yoga Workshops – Typically $50-$100 for just a few hours. This challenge gives you structure to practice consistently for 28 days at just $67.
3️⃣ Group Classes – Around $20 to $30 per session, but they don’t offer the structured community support or feedback you’ll get here. This challenge includes daily breakdowns and specific drills to tackle your unique struggles - things a typical group class just can’t provide.
👉🏼 I believe in making challenges affordable instead of free - because when you invest in yourself, you're more likely to show up and put in the work.
In this 28-day challenge, we’re training the jump back - and like any skill, it requires understanding, integration, and repetition. 20-30 mins a day.
We’ll work on:
🔥Core compression
(the real secret sauce to getting your legs through)
This is about finding that leg-to-core connection to actively glue your thighs toward your chest through hip flexor strength. When you master this, your legs stop feeling like dead weight.
💪🏼Shoulder protraction + Bent-arm strength
(strength to create space for your legs to go through)
If you’re collapsing into your shoulders, there’s nowhere for your legs to travel. We’re building the strength to protract, press, and actively push the floor away so you literally make room for yourself.
🪽Energetic lift + Timing
(using energetics to lift so you float instead of flop)
This is the part nobody teaches. The subtle forward lean. The micro-shift of weight. The moment you lift before you move. When timing clicks, you stop muscling it and start floating.
🖤Jump Back Mechanics
(from controlled step-backs to floaty moments)
We’ll layer it properly. Step-backs → light hops → controlled landings → smoother transitions. Clean mechanics first. Aesthetic later.
⭐️Optional Add-Ons: Jump through jump back combos
Because once you understand the pieces, you get to play with them. And that’s when it starts to feel effortless.
Sat - Skill Check
Sun - Compression & Lift (First half: get your legs off the ground)
Mon - Bent-Arm Strength (Second half: lean forward, bend arms, extend legs back)
Tues - Rest & Rehab
Wed - Energetic Lift + Movement Coordination (Put the two halves together)
Thurs - Sock Party (Reduce friction to understand the route)
Friday - Rest & Rehab
⏰ And all you need is 30 minutes each day.
