This guided programme is for parents who are ready to explore a different way of connecting. Not through lectures, pressure, or overexplaining, but through quiet moments of reflection and creativity. Moments that allow your child to feel seen and understood, and give you the tools to support them with more confidence and calm. This is suitable for parents who: 👂 Want to understand what’s really going on beneath their child’s moods or silence 💬 Wish conversations felt more open, honest, and less awkward 📘 Are looking for meaningful ways to support their child’s emotional and social well-being 🖍️ Are curious about how journaling or creative reflection might gently open up communication 🧭 Want to feel more confident in how they show up for their child, especially during tricky moments You do not need to be a creative parent or a perfect one. You just need to be willing to pause, reflect, and show up with love. This programme is recommended for parents with children aged between 9 and 17. To honour the emotional trust being built, this programme is for one parent and one child only. The same pair must complete the full journey together. 🎯 By the End of This Programme, You Will: 🌱 Feel closer to your child in a way that is real and lasting 💬 Discover how to guide gentle, reflective conversations, even with a quiet or resistant child 🧩 Understand your child’s unique strengths and learn how to affirm them in everyday life 🖍️ Use creative journaling to build emotional language and shared memories 🪞 Gain insight into your own parenting approach with clarity and care, without judgment 🗓️ What’s Included Session 1: For Parent Only 🕰️ A 60-minute private online session with Steph We explore your current relationship with your child, what’s working, what feels challenging, and what you hope to nurture Pre-Work 🧠 Both parent and child will complete a short online Character Strengths Assessment each Session 2: For Parent and Child 🏡 A 90-minute in-person bonding session with Steph Steph will guide you through a shared journaling experience and help you both reflect on your strengths as individuals and as a team Session 3: For Parent Only 🕰️ Another 60-minute private session with Steph We will reflect on the shifts you’ve noticed, affirm your growth, and gently explore ways to deepen your bond further Session 4: For Parent and Child 👀 A 90-minute observation and coaching session with Steph You will lead your child through a bonding activity. Steph will observe quietly and offer kind, personalised reflections to help you build confidence in how you connect 💬 Continued Support The goal is for you to complete this programme with the tools, awareness, and confidence to sustain your connection with your child on your own. To maintain emotional safety and individual attention, this programme is only for one parent and one child. If you would like to explore bonding experiences with another child, we recommend completing a separate journey with them after this one. 2️⃣ My child is very quiet and not expressive. Will this still work? This programme is designed with gentle, non-pressurising activities that encourage even reserved children to feel safe and open up gradually. No forced sharing, just creative reflection and presence at their own pace. 3️⃣ What if my child and I already have a good relationship? This programme isn’t just for fixing relationships. Many parents join to deepen what’s already good; to create more space, stronger communication, and memories that last beyond the teenage years. 4️⃣ What if we miss a session? Sessions are scheduled based on your availability. If needed, we can reschedule within a reasonable timeframe. The full programme is best experienced within a two to three-month window. 5️⃣ Can both parents attend? To protect the intimacy and clarity of this shared journey, we encourage only one parent to participate fully. If both parents would like to be involved in the future, we can discuss a custom arrangement after one parent has completed this programme.
