Over one gentle week, we’ll slow things down and focus on small, realistic practices that support self-regulation, creativity, and self-compassion—without rigid routines or toxic positivity.


This is not expert advice, therapy, or coaching. It’s a shared space to try small things, reflect honestly, and feel less alone while figuring out what works for you.
