Calm In Your Skin was created from my own experience living with vitiligo and chronic emotional stress. When vitiligo appeared, I realized the hardest part wasn’t just visible — it was the constant tension and overwhelm living in my nervous system.
Through studying emotional regulation, somatic practices, and the mind‑body connection, I learned how to create safety inside myself again.
