We’re back with another Handstands with Seb.

Join us at GYMBOX Farringdon on Saturday 31 January for a beginner-friendly, confidence-building session led by TRYBZ member Seb Williams.

We’ll start with mobility warm-ups to prep your body, then move on to wall-supported balances, how to safely bail out, and partner-assisted handstands. Whether you're a total newbie or just want to improve your form, this is for you.

– Meet from 10:45 to check in, change & use lockers
– Class runs 11:00 - 12:00
