Expect a warm-up, dynamic breathwork and vinyasa flow set to bold techno beats, followed by a cool-down.

This high-energy class fuses breath, balance, mobility, mindfulness, power, play, and presence in a safe, inclusive space.

All abilities welcome, from first-timers to seasoned yogis.

After class, we’ll head to The Ministry bar for a post class social.
