このセッションについて

Hey, I’m Jamie Moshe Straz, AIA — Architect, Artist, and founder of Studio 3 based out of Miami Beach. I’ve been in Architecture and Design professionally for nearly 20 years, licensed in multiple states, and I’ve worked on everything from private homes to large-scale urban projects. I’ve exhibited my own work, curated shows, and had the privilege of interviewing and reviewing portfolios from young creatives trying to figure out their path. These Studio Pin-Up sessions are short — just 15 minutes — but if you show up with something to talk about, I’ll show up ready to listen, respond, and help you clarify what’s next. This is not a class. It’s not a performance. It’s a focused creative conversation. And let’s be clear: I don’t know everything. But if I don’t, I’ll tell you straight up — and we’ll figure it out together. 🔍 What’s Included: 15-minute live video call Your choice of focus: One piece of work or layout from your portfolio A sketch, model, or design concept Career or academic path questions — even if you just want to talk it out ✅ Why Book This: Nearly 20 years in professional Architecture & Design (since 2005) Licensed Architect since 2014 Registered in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina Bachelor of Architecture from University of Miami (2009), Minor in Visual Journalism Founder of Studio 3 — a multidisciplinary design and art practice Work exhibited and awarded, including curatorial experience and team advisory roles (JADA Art) I’ve reviewed portfolios, led critiques, and spoken to students across different institutions. These sessions are my way of giving back — and creating honest, direct moments of support without the formality. 🎓 Who It's For: College or grad students in Architecture, Design, or Art High school students applying to creative programs Interns figuring out next steps 🎫 How It Works: Cost: $1 minimum, no exceptions Why? Because I believe everyone should have skin in the game. Even a nominal payment shows you’re serious about showing up and getting something out of it. Verification required: Use a .edu email at checkout, or Send a photo of your student ID or a screenshot of your student portal login before the session 🔁 Want More Time? Book a 30-minute paid session. 📄 Terms & Boundaries: This is not professional advice or a licensed consultation. Although I am a Licensed Architect, this session is personal and conversational. It is not legal, regulatory, or code-compliant guidance. By booking this session, you agree that: The feedback is informal and not binding in any legal or professional sense The session may be recorded and used for content creation — visual, written, or otherwise No liability is assumed for how you use the ideas discussed If you are not comfortable with session material being reused for content, do not book this student session. Paid sessions may include a content opt-out option upon request. I’ll bring whatever I’ve got to the table. You bring the thing you’re working on. Let’s dig in. “You bring your car to work, I’ll ride my board. And when you're out of fuel, I'm still afloat.”— Weezer, Surf Wax America
