概要

A People Ops Collective x SOS Evolution Studio Experience

Leadership is changing.

Quietly. Personally. In ways most spaces are not designed for yet.

The people who will navigate this well are not doing more. They are learning how to think clearly, understand their capacity, and build in a way that actually fits their life.

This is a space to reset, think clearly, and connect deeply - through sound, creativity, and real conversation.

We're gathering at Gather Canada, a bright, plant-filled space intentionally designed by Sara Auld for connection, reset and experiences that stay with you.

Through guided sound and creative reflection, Elvira V. Hopper leads a powerful experience designed to bring you back to clarity, conviction, and inner strength - so you can lead with precision when it matters most.

This is not an event you sit through passively. It is an experience we create together - by showing up fully, and being present in the room.

Lunch will be served.

What this experience holds

People Ops Collective brings the human lens - how we lead, relate, care, and build meaningful environments.

SOS Evolution Studio brings the structural lens - how we think, make decisions, and design systems that support the way we actually work and live.

Together, this becomes a space where clarity meets structure - and insight turns into action.

Why this matters right now

Most leadership spaces still optimize for performance.

But the real questions today look different:

  • How do you lead when your capacity is stretched?
  • How do you make decisions when everything feels important?

How do you build in a way that is sustainable - not just impressive?

And how do you do all of this while navigating real life - caregiving, transitions, evolving priorities?

This experience is built for that.

This is room is for you if

  • You are leading, building, or navigating change
  • You are holding a lot and want to think clearly again
  • You value depth over noise
  • You are done with surface-level spaces

What people said

“These conversations are so needed today. Such spaces too.”

“I’m so impressed with the group you gathered. This was a smash hit. You nailed it.”

What you will experience

This is not one format, it is a sequence you move through after arriving into a different kind of room…

A curated group of leaders and learners who are here to deeply engage.

Reset your state

Through sound and creative reflection led by Elvira V. Hopper, you slow down enough to hear your own thinking again.

See your patterns clearly

Through BADASS, you work through a real challenge you are facing in your current season of work.

Move from insight to action

With guided integration and systems thinking in a space intentionally designed by Sara Auld, you leave with clarity on your next step - and how to follow through.

Connect without forcing it

Conversations unfold naturally over lunch and shared reflection, powered by Amy Altwerger.

What you leave with

  • Clarity on what you are navigating right now
  • A way to think through it with structure
  • A grounded next step
  • Conversations that continue beyond the room

A note on the room

We are intentionally keeping this curated. Not to exclude - but to ensure the room feels aligned, present, and worth showing up for.

If this resonates, there is usually a reason.🌸

Sponsorship and vendor opportunities are available upon request.
