About the Method
NeuroGraphica is a method for supporting projects—personal and team, creative and professional. The term “Neuro” refers to attention, cognitive functions, and neural connections, while “Graphica” refers to the visual language that helps to see a task clearly, clarify meaning, and find solutions.

Author of the NeuroGraphica Method is Pavel Mikhailovich Piskarev,
Ph.D., Doctor of Psychological Sciences, and Professor.
Pavel Piskarev is the author of several methods and concepts, including:
NeuroGraphica The Pyramid of Thinking.
NG is an author’s psychological method and is taught exclusively by certified instructors who have completed official training at the Institute of Creative Psychology.The method was created by Pavel Mikhailovich Piskarev  in 2014.
NeuroGraphica is structured as a comprehensive system of knowledge and practice, documented in the author’s artistic works, publications, and educational programs,

Why NeuroGraphica?

There was also a question about what to work on when there is no obvious stress, but there is a desire for more.

This is an important part.

You do not need to wait for stress to appear in order to begin working. As we approach 2026, I invite you to use this time consciously.

Take a moment to define the goals and desires you wish to bring into your life, starting from where you are now. You may choose to focus on the first half of 2026, for example.

✅ Write down your intentions and begin working with them through the algorithms.

For example:
 If your intention is to increase your business income, let this be your focus.
 If your intention is to build a meaningful relationship, work with the theme of relationships.
 If your intention is self-realization or discovering your path, choose this as your theme.

It is essential to understand that anti-stress work is not about stress itself. It is about your inner state. It is about returning to your “I want” and allowing it to unfold without pressure or inner struggle.

I believe this brings clarity.

5 Ways to recognize that your NG is working. 
Keep writing your thoughts and insights to stay focused on your work. 
When you first starT drawing with Neurographics, you immediately dive into the process of transformation and change.
But over time, insights may stop feeling as vivid and precise, leading to the impression that Neurographics is NOT WORKING!

✅ Here are 5 ways to recognize that Neurographics is influencing your life:
 1. Record your observations. 
✅ After each drawing, ask yourself:
💫 How has my state changed?
💫 What new thoughts appeared?
💫 What became less stressful or clearer?

Keeping a journal of your observations will help you understand the process.

2. Pay attention to your emotions.
✅ Tune in to yourself: do you feel lighter, or have deep emotions surfaced?
Even if difficult feelings arise, it’s a sign that deep inner work is happening.

3. Notice external events. After drawing, you may experience new opportunities, unexpected encounters, or spontaneous decisions—this reflects your inner transformation. The world often responds when you change.

4. Compare yourself “before” and “after.”
Redraw an old request after a month or two and compare how you feel.
You’ll see how your perception has shifted. 

5. Also, track small victories, insights, and real results—this makes transformation more tangible. Neurographics works, even if it seems like nothing is changing.

Module 1. 2  What do you need to get started ?

MODUL 1

Why does NeuroGraphica works for some, but not for others? 1.Willingness to Change: NeuroGraphica requires a person to be open to change and transformation in their thinking. Those who are ready for transformation are more likely to see results quickly.

2. Level of Awareness:
The more consciously a person approaches the process, the more effective NeuroGraphica can be in influencing their perception and creating internal changes. If a person doesn’t fully engage in the process, doesn’t follow the steps results may be less noticeable. 

3. Fears and Resistance:
Sometimes, individuals may have internal resistance or fear of change, which hinders the process. NeuroGraphica works by activating the subconscious, and if someone isn’t ready to work through those fears and blocks, their progress may be limited.

4. Lack of Consistency:
NeuroGraphica requires regular practice to achieve deep changes. If someone only practices occasionally, the results may not be as noticeable. At least 4 drawings should be done on one specific Topic, every other day of Drawing.

5. Clarity of Intention:
The clearer the goal, the more effective the process will be. Without clarity of intention, NeuroGraphica may not provide the expected effect. And the biggest challenge is many of us don’t know how to do so. Make your intention clear and short. 

6. Energy State:
NeuroGraphics also works with a person’s energy and state of mind. If a person is unable to relax, to focus on themselves, enter the right mindset for the practice, this can reduce its effectiveness. Draw your intention and let it flow naturally. 

NeuroGraphica is all about creating your own path to make the most out of your life. 
In summary, NeuroGraphica may not give the desired results if there’s a lack of readiness, awareness, or if there is internal resistance. 
However, for those who are open to change and ready to work with themselves, it can be a powerful tool.

Algorithm Removing Limitations. Stress and Anxiety relief. Overcoming the Obstacles and Limiting beliefs. 

🔥 I highly recommend drawing this specific NeuroGraphica algorithm daily for several days, focusing on one topic at a time — your stress, challenges in relationships, finances, or anything that feels heavy.

✅ Work with the same topic for at least 5–6 drawings, ideally for 7 days or more, to maximize transformation.

Each drawing should take 20–30 minutes. At first, you may not feel much — and that’s normal. Trust the process: each drawing releases limitations, frustrations, obstacles, and pain, helping you move closer to your desired outcome.

✅ Key tips for deeper, lasting transformation:
 • Always acknowledge your topic and what you want to release. And while rounding shift your focus to the desired outcome. 
 • Draw in the evening, when your mind and body are ready to unwind.
 • After each session, rest and absorb the shift.
 • For long-term results, continue beyond the initial days — even every other day or a few times a week.
 • Consistency is essential: changes become noticeable around 21 days, scientifically proven.

You are about to release stress and doubts, opening yourself to new opportunities and possibilities. This algorithm will gently guide you to let go of what no longer serves you. It works deeply on your subconscious level, sending new positive signals to your nervous system. This process helps you reprogram and refocus your mind, empowering you to make clear, confident decisions and embrace uplifting feelings.

Attention! Until you complete the roundings, stay fully present with your drawing. This crucial step anchors you in the heart of this deep, powerful algorithm. Once you finish your roundings, you may take a moment to rest, but aim to complete your work within 30 to 40 minutes. This is not meditation—remain conscious, observe your thoughts, and keep your focus sharp on your desired outcome. Feel yourself stepping into something

MODULE 3 Overcoming the obstacles and limiting beliefs in any area of your life

After you’ve practiced the catharsis algorithm several times, the next step is the Algorithm for Revealing Intention.

When we are stressed, our mind struggles to think clearly and make decisions. That’s why we always start with the algorithm for removing limitations — daily, consistently. During this process, you are releasing obstacles, frustrations, and anything holding you back. This creates space, lightness, and clarity in your mind, body, and energy.

Once the limitations are cleared, we often notice procrastination or uncertainty.

✅ This is where the Revealing Intention algorithm comes in.
✅ It helps you:
 • Find clarity when you don’t know which step to take
 • Make decisions with confidence
 • Raise your emotional and energetic state
 • Access resources, ideas, and solutions that were already inside and outside you

This algorithm is light, meditative, and deeply revealing.

At first, you may notice subtle changes, but over time you’ll realize: “This is exactly what I desired, what I intended to manifest.”
✅ Key to effectiveness:
 • Stay connected to your feelings during the drawing
 • Acknowledge everything that arises — your desires, insights, and shifts in energy
 • Notice the subtle shifts around you as a reflection of the shift within
 • Trust the process and let your heart stay open to receive

This is not just about healing — it’s about moving into action, manifestation, and alignment. Enjoy the drawing, trust the process, and watch your inner and outer world begin to shift.🙏

NeuroTree 
In this next session, you will receive the NeuroTree algorithm — a structured, transformational, and fast-moving drawing process designed to help you rise, grow, and create.

As with previous sessions, stay focused on the same topic you started with.
The Neuro Tree algorithm is all about clarity, action, and manifestation.

When drawing your NeuroTree, be very specific:
 • What do I want to receive?
 • What do I want to have?
 • What do I want to do?

This algorithm emphasizes action and intentional steps. Even in earlier algorithms, you have been taking small actions, releasing limitations, and connecting with your inner resources.
Now, with the Neuro Tree, you focus on making purposeful actions that show you are open to change and growth.

It is a visual, structured process that helps you connect deeply with your intentions, see your goals clearly, and create a tangible path toward them. Each branch represents your actions, growth, and the manifestation of your desires.

By combining focus, clarity, and action, the Neuro Tree allows your inner potential to rise, bringing transformation and alignment with your goals.💜

Module 5. Video 1 The drawing process

Module 5.  Algorithm NeuroTree of Abundance

While you were drawing the Neurotree, I’m sure some questions came up for you. You may even feel that you already have a solution somewhere inside, but still don’t have the answers yet — or you don’t quite know what to do next.

And for that reason, I’m giving you an additional gift algorithm below, called . Reveal Your Path/ Find the Answers.

It’s similar to what we drew after the “Removing Limitations” algorithm, but presented in a different format and from a different angle, this is my personal technique 😍 So take a look at it and draw it right after the Neurotree.

This step is important, because it will help you receive the solutions and answers connected to what you worked through in the Neurotree.
✅ Keep the same theme, the same intention, the same request — and allow this algorithm to give you clearer guidance and a more defined path.

In this drawing, I didn’t mark the places where you need to reveal the small shapes . You will see everything clearly in the video, but I want to mention this  detail now. 

You’ll notice that I draw some small circles. There are big circles and shapes that appear, and as I guide you in the video, you will understand those. But there are also tiny circles on my composition. I intentionally did not outline them — you will simply notice them as they appear.

These small circles represent the little details that we often overlook. We tend to focus on big answers and big results, but sometimes there is a small missing link. When we allow these tiny elements to appear — whether they are circles, squares, triangles (everyone has their own shapes!) — we receive subtle but very important hints from the subconscious.

For me, in this case many small circles appeared. And I always allow my subconscious to give me any clues I need in my theme. 
So I don’t wait only for the “big answers.” I pay attention to these small steps, because they are exactly what lead me to bigger results in any area.

So if you notice that small circles, squares, or other shapes appear in your drawing, let them be. This means you may be missing some small but essential nuances — helpful details, steps, thoughts, or states that you need right now. And when all of these little pieces come together, they gently guide you toward your bigger outcome, they kind of uplift you in your thoughts about specific topic. 

I didn’t explain this part in the video, so please make a note for yourself. Keep it in mind when you start rounding and integrating these small shapes will be appearing during the process, so outline them- let them be and help yourself to create the bigger and clearer answers.

Step-By-Step Guide
Step 0 - Pick Your Topic
Action: Choose a topic that is pressing you today - something you want to transform, understand, or find a solution for. 
Substeps:
 1. Set a timer for 2 minutes
 2. Write 20 words ( brain dump) about your topic - feelings, worries, desires, or goals
 3. This step helps you connect with the theme and prepare for your drawing session
Focus: Focus on your connection with the topic
Reminder: While you are working on each step, feel it, see it, and keep focus on your desired outcome. Pay attention to your emotions, feelings, and body reflections as you draw.

Music / Atmosphere: Optional soft ambient background music 432 Hz

 1 - The Transformative Lines

Action: Begin with NG Lines or shapes , fill the page. Let the Lines cross each other. The shapes can overlap or be separated, and they could be a different size. 

Substeps:
 1. Change directions naturally, do not repeat movements
 2. Each turn creates new patterns, shifting old patterns into new ones
Focus: Feel the line vibrating and shifting old patterns into new ones

Reminder: Focus on your topic, focus on your words list. What are they telling you? What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing. Important! Drawing after drawing, you will start shifting to the desired results.

2 - Rounding Intersections
Reminder: Focus on your topic. What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing.

Action: Observe intersections of lines - these represent tension, overcoming of limiting belives and internal blocks. You might feel resistence but it importent to be paitent , allowed your emotions to show up and acknowledge them. But the same time keep rounding. 

Substeps:
 1. Round all angles to dissolve fear, tension, and resistance
 2. Feel harmony forming in your body as you round intersections

Focus: Focus on creating inner balance, harmony and peace.

3 - Choose Resources
Reminder: Focus on your topic, focus on your words list. Stay on your final destination. How would you like to feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing.

Action: Pick the resources you need to come to the final result. What are you  missing within or external to get to the result.
Or maybe you want empower your ability - in this case You may add it as a tryangle. But until you learn the basics of NeuroGraphica I recommend you to not use triangles. 

Substeps:
 1. Draw shapes representing these resources - circles, squares, rarely triangles. 
 2. Let your line guide the shapes naturally
 3. Notice how your shapes visualize your resources

Focus: Connect with the energy of your resources. Feel it emotionaly .

 4 - Creating the right  Connections.
Reminder: Focus on your topic, focus on your words list. What are they telling you? What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing. Important!

Action: Add Neurographica lines to the field. Let the Universe gaid you to the right path . Make roundings and connections between the lines and the shapes
Substeps:
 1. Dissolve tension and integrate energy flow
Focus: Feel harmony forming through the connections. Visualise how you are receiving what you need to get to desired outcome. 
Adding Color Energy Accents
Reminder: Focus on your topic, focus on your words list. What are they telling you? What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing.mportant!

Action: Choose colors intuitively by feeling
Substeps:
 1. Avoid a single section colored or not colored
 2. Avoid zebra patterns and mosaic coloring
 3. Create big patches of different colors and allow them to overlap each other
Focus: Feel how colors activate energy and intention in your drawing
6 - Integration Harmonization
Reminder: Focus on your topic, focus on your words list. What are they telling you? What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing. Important!

Action: Observe the composition add additional connecting elements if needed

Substeps:
 1. Focus on harmony and balance of the drawing
Focus: Feel the overall flow and integration of your drawing

7 - Power and Strength Lines
Reminder: Focus on your topic, focus on your words list. What are they telling you? What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing. Important!

Action: Identify and outline 2 or 3 power lines from left to the right - lines of strength and support, information channels.

Substeps:
 1. Highlight them anchor your inner strength
 2. Focus on these lines for grounding and connection
Focus: Feel your inner power and stability

8 - Identify One  Shape as a Result

Reminder: Focus on your topic.  What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel?
Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing. Important!

Action: Identify one shape that holds the result or answer. Outline it! Make it bold and beautiful. Feel the exitments of accepting and receiving it.

Focus: Notice clarity and guidance emerging from this shape

9 - Final Reflection Integration
Reminder: Focus on your topic, focus on your words list. What are they telling you? What is inspiring you? And think about your final destination. How would you feel? Always focus on your inner reactions. While you are drawing, your body and mind should be aligned. Your body should feel what you are telling yourself right now and here while you are drawing. Important! Drawing after drawing, you will start shifting to the desired results. The magic happened

Action: Step back and observe the whole drawing

Substeps:
 1. Feel harmony and balance in your mind and body
 2. Set a timer for 2 minutes write words about your experience
 3. See how the transformation went. Enjoy the drawing
