What if the most important relationship in your life… is the one you have with yourself?

As women in midlife, we’ve spent years caring, giving, and showing up for everyone else.
Careers, family, aging parents, changing bodies, shifting roles—so much of life asks us to be strong and capable.

But behind the strength, many of us carry a secret:

A constant, critical inner voice that says
“You should be doing more.”
“You’re not enough.”
“You should have figured this out by now.”

If you’re tired of being your own harshest critic, this workshop is your invitation to something softer, kinder, and reframe self-criticism into self-compassion.

This Workshop Is Perfect For You If:

  • You’re women in your 40s, 50s or beyond, and feel like you’re at a turning point in life
  • You often put others first and find it hard to be kind to yourself
  • You hear a constant inner dialogue of “not enough,” “too much,” or “should have done better”
  • You’re curious about self-compassion but don’t want anything too “woo-woo” or complicated
  • You’re craving more ease, softness, and emotional support—from within

In this 1‑Hour Workshop, You Will:

  • 🌿 Awareness of your inner critic
    Understand where that voice comes from, why it got so loud, and what it has been trying (in its clumsy way) to protect you from.
  • 💗 Learn simple self‑compassion practice
    Gentle, science-backed tools you can use in real moments of stress, guilt, or self-doubt—without needing hours of journaling or meditation.
  • 🪞 Release old patterns of self‑judgment
    Begin to loosen the grip of comparison, perfectionism, “I should…” and “I’m too…” that keep you feeling small and stuck.

Important Notes for Participants

This workshop is interactive, not a passive lecture.
Please sign up only if you’re open to participating, engaging in simple exercise, and joining the gentle activities we’ll do together.

You will receive the meeting link via email or WhatsApp a few days before the workshop.

Viviana Widjaja from Malaysia is an ICF-certified coach who has navigated different career transitions while balancing motherhood and solo entrepreneurship. She currently coaches managers at the workplace to develop awareness, shift mindsets, and foster behaviour change for career and leadership development.
