How the Challenge Works

4. Work at Your Pace — progress steadily through 36 days with structured checkpoints. Submit on time for bonus points, but there’s no pressure to rush.

magician, thinker, and educator known for his creative clarity and structured approach to invention. Adam is the creator behind effects such as “Lokey” and “Everyday ESP,” and he’s widely respected for his ability to turn random constraints into full, meaningful routines. In the challenge, he teaches you how to move from chaotic brainstorming to a focused, original idea — showing that true creativity is built through process, not luck.

How Winners Are Chosen:

This year we’ve simplified the judging system to reward growth and creativity, not just the quality of your tricks (although that still matters, of course!)

When you have submitted your project, the team will judge your tricks based on the following categories:

1. IMPLEMENTATION: How well you have implemented the advice from your challenge guides.
2. GROWTH: How much you have grown since the start of the challenge.
3. QUALITY: The originality, practicality and presentation of your trick.
4. APP USE: How well you have used your prompts from the app.
5. ENGAGEMENT: How engaged you have been within the challenge, group discussions, creation hours, checkpoint points... etc

We will then choose the top 6 entries based on who has the most points. Our guides will then look at the top 6 and decide on our winners.

Remember, you aren't being judged on how fooling your trick is; you are being judged on how well your trick fits your prompt, and how much progress you have made since the start.

Our Team will evaluate all the submissions and choose our TOP 6 that we believe show the most implementation, growth, quality, app use and engagement within the challenge!

Then, we will have our 4 GUIDES decide, and watch the TOP 6 and ultimately decide on the TOP 3 WINNERS!

When does the challenge start?

The challenge officially begins on October 25th, but if you sign up today, you'll receive a special bonus gift when the challenge starts. Plus, the first 50 people who sign up will get $40 of bonuses sent to their email for FREE.

What if I’m busy this month and don’t have the time?

What's the submission process like?

The final submission will be at Checkpoint #13, where you’ll showcase your new magic creation, idea or presentation. You’ll have a few days to submit, and we recommend recording a video (under 5 minutes) of your trick, your creative process, or prototypes. More detailed submission guidelines will be shared during the final checkpoint.

Do I have to create something brand new? Or can I use an older idea?

The Challenge is designed to push you into new creative territory using the Generator and constraints — so creating something brand new will give you the fullest experience and the best chance to win. That said, the main focus isn’t just winning — it’s about growth and development. If you already have an idea you’re working on, you can absolutely bring it into the Challenge. In fact, you can use the Generator to add constraints and stretch that idea further to continue it (and log it on the app), then show how it evolved throughout the 36 days. As long as you can demonstrate creative progress and apply what you’ve learned, you’re doing it right.

What style of videos are the 4 guides giving?

Each guide will begin by sharing their general creative process — how they approach generating ideas, developing methods, and refining routines. Then, they’ll put that theory into action by using our brand-new Creativity Magic Generator App to create a trick from scratch right alongside you.

At every checkpoint, you’ll get a 40–45 minute compilation video (4+ hours in total) where all of the guides contribute their perspective on the same stage of creation. This gives you both the big-picture mindset and a real, practical example of how professionals apply it — so you can follow the same steps to build your own trick.

Will there be any support during the challenge?

Absolutely! You’ll have 24/7 access to our WhatsApp group, where you can ask questions, get advice, and connect with other participants.
