INNER FLAME: A Pre-Hanukkah Breathwork Journey

Just days before Hanukkah, we invite you into a warm, intentional space to slow down and return to your center — through the body, the breath, and the flame within.

This 2.5-hour journey weaves together somatic movement, guided meditation, conscious breathwork, and live spiritual song, guiding you through an arc of grounding, clearing, and renewal — all in preparation for the rededication of light.
