Aura Reset is a 90-minute guided group session designed for people who carry a lot, emotionally, energetically, and mentally, and need a place to reset without having to explain everything or push themselves through another process.

This is not a workshop or a healing program.
It’s a calm, structured space to settle your nervous system, release what you’ve been holding, and come back to yourself in a grounded way.

During the session, you’ll be gently guided through:

• a slow opening to help your body settle
• intuitive colour-based visualization
• energetic clearing and recalibration
• quiet integration time

Nothing is forced. You don’t need to share unless you want to. You participate at your own pace.

People often leave feeling quieter inside. not fixed, just steadier. More present. Less crowded. More able to meet their life without feeling overloaded.

After the session, you also receive:
