Welcome! I'm so glad you're here!


First, consider downloading the Nas.io app on your phone. It makes interacting with the challenge really easy and convenient.


To start this challenge, we recommend that you stock up on fizzy water, bitters, and other non-alcoholic beverages you may like, i.e. n.a. beers. I will be sharing resources for more, but best to get at least something that you know you like, that you can rely on.


Each challenge will be introduce in the morning, with the idea you might do the challenge item that day at 5pm-ish, your time.


However, you can do the challenge items when you like, and you can skip those you don't like or don't have time for. That said, we suggest that you submit that you HAVE completed the challenge, and consider answering the reflection question that that is proposed with each checkpoint.


You can make your answer private or post to the group feed. We've found that the people who get the most out of our challenges connect with the feed, and interact with each others' posts.
