Full Moon Fusion: The Movement to Free All Beings

Full Moon Fusion 2024 is a year-long self-discovery program using the full moon cycles as milestones for personal growth. The program emphasizes Mindful Authentic Expression, combining mindfulness, authenticity, and creative expression through monthly guided meditations, breathwork exercises, and reflective questions. Participants set intentions, track progress, and build a supportive community. The guidebook provides monthly themes, breathwork techniques, and prompts to facilitate this journey towards self-improvement and spiritual well-being. The program culminates in a year-end reflection and celebration of accomplishments.
