The Mama Method is a sacred space for mothers — whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, or deep into motherhood — to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit.

Founded by Evi Siskos, a mama of three, wellness advocate, and former TV host, this group was born out of a personal journey. After gaining and losing 50 pounds in all of her 3 pregnancies, Evi realized that transformation is powerful — but it's even more powerful when shared.

This isn’t just another weight loss group.
It’s a sisterhood where we:
