Teams rebuilt charters from prior examples for every engagement, coordinating feedback across multiple stakeholders and spending hours on work with the same underlying structure across clients and industries. In 3 weeks, we designed, built and deployed a custom multi-AI agent system that automated the process. One agent generated charters from an internal knowledge base, a second reviewed and refined them against firm standards, and a third simulated stakeholder feedback to compress iteration cycles, with humans approving final versions.
