A 5-kilometre obstacle course featuring teamwork-based challenges, mud pits, walls to climb, and plenty of laughs. It’s about fun, not speed. Do I need to be super fit? No! The 5K is designed for all levels. Teamwork is the name of the game — we help each other through every obstacle. What should I wear? Clothes and trainers you don’t mind getting very muddy. Trail shoes with grip are ideal. Bring a full change of clothes for afterwards. Where is it? Exact location TBC (Tough Mudder usually run in various UK locations — we’ll confirm the event site closer to the date). How much does it cost?
