Here’s how to walk this journey with presence and care:


1. Journal as your companion

Before Day 1, prepare a journal or digital notes, something simple.
Each day, you’ll write a few honest reflections. Not perfect, not deep, just true.

Journaling helps you:

  • notice subtle shifts
  • give words to inner sensations
  • see your progress over time

This isn’t about performance.
It’s about staying connected to yourself.


2. Read the text lesson before watching the video
