Every wound speaks: of survival, of loss, of the ways you’ve had to hold yourself together. And yet, beneath the hurt, there remains a self that is whole, waiting to be reclaimed. Here, you’ll find a safe and steady space to listen to what your pain has to say, and to remember that you are more than the stories your wounds tell.
My work begins with listening—deeply, without rush, without judgment. I've walked my own long road through therapy and know that healing is not about fixing what's broken, but remembering what's whole.
Here, your story will be met with presence, compassion, and curiosity—so we can explore not just your wounds, but where your strength lives.
“My only qualification is that I am willing to be vulnerable.”
I first entered therapy as part of my training, and have never left—not only out of professional ethics, but because I know, in my bones, that healing is a lifelong unfolding.
Over the years, I have shaped my practice through deep study, immersive trainings, and research into trauma, identity, and resilience. My academic path—spanning psychology, psychotherapy, and qualitative research—has given me a nuanced understanding of the human experience. Yet the heart of my work lies not in theory, but in presence: creating a space where stories can be told without fear, silences can be held without rush, and healing can emerge in its own time.
In the therapy room, I work integratively, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, and body-oriented approaches. But these are only tools. What matters most is the relationship we build—one grounded in trust, respect, and the belief that you are not broken, but already whole.
