This is an intimate community for helping youths to succeed. It does not matter where you are from, you are here to support each other and help youths to succeed regardless of their life goals. When one member of the community succeeds, the others may learn and succeed as well. We shall cultivate a positive, nurturing and life-giving community always.

This programme presents to you the topic of Preparing and Transforming Youths. Dr Roland Yeow, previously a resident at Boys' Town, now a veteran youth work practitioner, Dr Yeow shares his experiences, insights and life with you.

Dr Yeow is one of the Co-Founders of the Youth Work Association (Singapore), and also the Executive Director of Boys' Town, a Youth Organization providing youths with the opportunity to socialize, learn strategies, and skills to cope with their traumas and lives.
