Sitting for long periods of time is terrible for your body and mind.
The average desk worker will spend more than 70% of their life in a sitting position. We know that is terrible for us, we also know that it’s not going to change anytime soon.
This Session is a 1.5 hour long Mobility focused workshop to increase full body mobility. It will help you become more flexible, let go of built up tension, relieve stress and most importantly feel relaxed at the end of it.

2. Pranayama and Breathing techniques
3. Tips to increase flexibility and range of motion.
