Calm In Your Skin was created from my own experience living with vitiligo and chronic emotional stress. When vitiligo appeared, I realized the hardest part wasnât just visible â it was the constant tension and overwhelm living in my nervous system.
Through studying emotional regulation, somatic practices, and the mindâbody connection, I learned how to create safety inside myself again.
