Uri Noy Meir is the co-creator of Theatre That Reconnects, a transdisciplinary practice that weaves together applied theatre, deep ecology, and awareness-based systems change. His work bridges performance and social transformation, guiding individuals and communities to restore connection with themselves, with others, and with the more-than-human world.

Rooted in Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects, Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed, and Social Presencing Theatre, the approach invites participants to move from awareness of disconnection toward collective sensing, imagination, and action.

As co-creator, Uri integrates his experience as performer, facilitator, and researcher into a living methodology—one that views theatre as both ritual and research, capable of transforming wounds into sources of insight and creative power. His work situates artistic practice within the wider movement for ecological, social, and spiritual regeneration, positioning theatre as a space of presencing, dialogue, and systemic healing.
