This is a 7-day challenge to help you perform under pressure without burning out.


If life feels stressful and it’s wearing you down, this week will help you break your pressure patterns so things feel manageable again.


In 10 to 15 minutes a day, you’ll spot your pressure patterns (like rushing, avoiding, over-controlling, overworking), choose one area to focus on (work, home, finances, relationships, health, social), and take one small daily action to move it forward.


Daily format: one insight + one task.
Support: three live Zoom sessions (Eastern Time) + recordings.
Outcome: a 60 to 90 second reset you can use when pressure hits, clearer decisions under stress, and a simple routine you can keep using after the week ends.


And all that for $7.
