We’re back with another Handstands with Seb.

Join us at GYMBOX Farringdon for a beginner-friendly, confidence-building session led by TRYBZ member Seb Williams.

We’ll start with mobility warm-ups to prep your body, then move on to wall-supported balances, how to safely bail out, and partner-assisted handstands. Whether you're a total newbie or just want to improve your form, this is for you.

What to know:

⏰ Time:
– Meet from 10:45 to check in, change & use lockers
– Class runs 11:00 - 12:00

🥤 What to Bring: Water, gym kit, and a padlock for lockers

📋 Waiver: New members must sign a GYMBOX waiver before class – details shared closer to the date
