This is your community for self-awareness, self-development, and self-help.

Most of us are caught in a storm of thoughts, burdened by memories of the past, and the uncertainties of the future.
Our goals aren’t truly ours – they were inherited by our family, culture, media, and societal expectations.
So… who am I, really?
This is perhaps the biggest question – that almost no one dares to ask.
The recent world events shook us all, awakening deep questions of identity.

We’ll uncover the ancient secrets of "PaRDeS" path – Pshat (simple), Remez (hint), Drash (interpretation), and Sod (secret).
And most importantly – we’ll write a new story.

This meditation was meant to empower mothers-to-be as part of a digital birthing course. It was recorded in Colorado in the year 2020 in the wild nature of Coloradoan creeks.
