What Is 7th Path Self-Hypnosis®?
7th Path Self-Hypnosis® is a structured, mind-body-spirit approach to self-hypnosis taught while you are actually in a hypnotic state.
This matters, because it allows you to bypass the critical, analytical mind and access deeper levels of awareness where emotional regulation and behavioral change naturally occur.

This 4-Week Course Experience
This course is intentionally small, in-person, and experiential, so you receive individual guidance while building confidence and mastery week by week.
You won’t just learn about hypnosis.
You’ll practice it, repeatedly, in a supported environment.
Course Structure
Week 1 – Foundations (2 hours)
Weeks 2–4 – Integration & Mastery (1.5 hours each)
Each week builds on the last, so by the end of the course you’re no longer “trying” to relax.

This course is not recommended for individuals with serious mental illness, including but not limited to Major Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, or Borderline Personality Disorder.
