A heartful, in-person session for women ready to learn why emotional patterns happened, and how to release at the root and finally move forward in peace.

  • Expect others or circumstances to change before you can feel better
  • Are seeking traditional talk therapy or coaching; this is a deeper, feminine-specific process designed for women ready to release what’s been weighing them down for good

    My work has been peer-reviewed by UC Berkeley and I'm a featured speaker at the 2026 Paris Women's Global Conference.

But more importantly: I've lived this.

I spent years believing that anxiety was just "who I was" and that overwhelm was the price of ambition.

Until I discovered root-cause healing and eliminated my anxiety 8 years ago.

Not managed it. Eliminated it.

Including through a global pandemic, building a business, and preparing for an international conference.

That's how I know this works.

And that's what I'm teaching in this workshop.

Q: Is this workshop just theory, or will I get practical tools?

Both. You'll understand the WHY (neuroscience of nervous system regulation) and the HOW (my framework for root-cause healing). You'll leave with clarity on what's keeping you stuck and actionable next steps.

Q: I've tried everything. How is this different?

Most approaches work at the symptom level (manage your stress better, practice self-care, think positive). Root-cause healing works at the subconscious and nervous system level, where the patterns are actually stored. That's why it creates permanent shifts instead of temporary relief.
