That’s why Mom Talks is here—a judgment-free, safe space where you can share, connect, and grow with other moms who truly get it. Each month, we’ll talk about the real struggles of motherhood—stress, guilt, mental load, self-care (without guilt!), and everything in between. You'll learn practical strategies from a health psychologist and be part of a community that supports you. 💛 Because taking care of yourself is not selfish—it's necessary. 🔹 What to expect: Open conversations, expert insights, and simple tools to help you feel calmer and more in control. 🔹 Who it's for: Any mom who needs a little support, understanding, and encouragement. Join us, once a month to recharge yourself. Take a deep breath and remember—you are not alone. 💕 About This Session You spend so much time taking care of everyone else, but when was the last time someone asked you how you're really feeling? In this session, we’re creating a safe space to check in with ourselves, share openly, and learn simple ways to manage the mental and emotional load of motherhood. Because you deserve support, too.
