This gentle mini course helps you understand how past lives shape your relationships, patterns, and emotions in this lifetime. Over three days, you’ll explore soul memories, learn to recognize unresolved karma, and experience a simple past-life visualization to reveal the lessons your soul is healing now.

Every soul carries stories. Some are beautiful, some are painful, and some remain unfinished. These stories travel with you from lifetime to lifetime, weaving themselves quietly into your present experiences. Many of the connections you form — the instant bonds, the unexplainable attraction, the sudden conflict, the deep familiarity — are echoes of relationships you have lived before.



On this first day, you will learn to see your relationships not as random encounters but as threads of a much older tapestry. You may recognize why certain people trigger you so deeply, why some feel like home even when you’ve just met, or why you keep meeting the same type of person in different bodies. Past lives influence the way you love, the lessons you return to, the wounds you carry, and even the people your soul chooses again and again.



Take time today to reflect on the connections in your life that feel fated, heavy, or strangely significant. These are often doorways to memories you haven’t fully remembered yet.

DAY 1 — How Past Lives Shape Your Relationships

Unresolved karma is not punishment. It is simply unfinished learning. When something in a past life ended abruptly — with betrayal, abandonment, conflict, loss, or unspoken truth — the energy of that experience may follow you into this lifetime, layering itself into your emotions and choices.



You may notice the same patterns repeating in your relationships. The same fears returning. The same wounds resurfacing. You may find yourself drawn to the same types of people or pushed into the same situations until your soul finally understands what it came back to heal.



Today, allow yourself to observe the patterns in your life with softness. Notice the lessons you seem to repeat. Notice what feels like déjà vu. Notice the shadows that keep returning. Your soul is not punishing you — it is trying to finish a story it once had to leave incomplete.



Sit quietly for a few minutes tonight and ask your heart, “What is the lesson my soul is trying to master?” Whatever rises first is often the truth.

DAY 2 — Understanding Unresolved Karma

Today, you will experience a soft, guided visualization to help your soul reveal a memory it is ready to show you. You do not need to force anything. You do not need a vivid vision. The soul often speaks through feelings, colors, emotions, symbols, or subtle impressions.



Find a quiet place, dim the lights, and take a slow breath in. Imagine yourself walking down a corridor made of light. At the end of this corridor is a door. Behind this door is a memory your soul is willing to share — a lifetime connected to the lessons or emotions you are facing now.



When you feel ready, open the door in your imagination. Allow whatever appears to come softly. You might see a landscape, a house, a person, or a moment. You might feel a wave of emotion. You might sense a version of yourself from another time. Even a single detail — a color, a name, a feeling — is enough. Trust what comes. Trust that your soul reveals only what you are ready to understand.
