Kids & Teen Yoga – After School Programs

Our after-school yoga programs are designed to support children and teens at every stage of development—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Each age group has tailored activities that nurture growth, focus, resilience, and creativity in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

Schools We Work With

We are currently running programs at International French School (IFS), La Petite École, and Swiss School in Singapore.

Over the last two years, we have also worked with Canadian International School (CIS), German European School Singapore (GESS), Dulwich College (Singapore), and Chatsworth International School.


Ages 4–8 (Kids Yoga)

Kids yoga is a playful, dynamic practice that helps young children build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus while learning to manage their emotions. Classes include story-based movements, dance, and group games that promote teamwork and social skills.

We incorporate sensory elements like scarves and music to spark imagination, and our “YogArt” crafts—such as origami and mandalas—blend relaxation with creativity. Every session concludes with a peaceful relaxation period, leaving children calm, joyful, and centered.


Ages 9–12 (Pre-Teen Yoga)

Pre-teen yoga empowers children to navigate their transformative years with confidence, focus, and resilience. Classes combine advanced yoga poses for strength and balance with calming breathing and mindfulness exercises to manage stress.

Sessions feature dynamic movements, partner activities, and team-building games that encourage cooperation and self-expression. Reflective journaling, gratitude practices, and themed activities help pre-teens explore self-awareness and imagination. Each class ends with relaxation to help them feel grounded and recharged.


Ages 13–18 (Teen Yoga)

Teen yoga provides a transformative space for young adults to cultivate self-love, self-acceptance, and resilience. Teens learn to handle life’s challenges with calm and balance through dynamic yoga poses, advanced breathing exercises, and restorative techniques that enhance strength, flexibility, and posture while reducing anxiety.

Classes include partner poses, mindfulness exercises, journaling, expressive movement, and meditation to foster self-awareness and confidence. Longer relaxation practices, such as Yoga Nidra, help teens unwind and leave feeling centered and recharged.


These programs create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children and teens can grow, move, and thrive—physically, emotionally, and creatively.
