Before we begin, you are required to complete the Executive Career & Leadership Profile Questionnaire. This ensures your coach has deep insight into your career journey and future ambitions, so every session is focused on what matters most to you.

Executive Career Accelerator – Challenge Instructions
The Executive Career Accelerator (ECA) is designed as a challenge. This is not a passive program. It requires commitment, focus, and follow-through. The more you put in, the more you will get out — and the results can reshape your career trajectory.
How the Challenge Works
- Pre-Work: Complete and submit your Executive Career & Leadership Profile Questionnaire at least 48 hours before Module 1.
- Modules: Each module builds on the last, moving you from clarity → positioning → influence → execution.
- Weekly Access to Your ECA Coach: You’ll have direct access to your coach every week for:
- 1x upfront focused mentoring call (to deepen insights, work through challenges, and drive momentum).
- Ongoing check-ins for accountability and guidance on real-time opportunities.
- Implementation: Between modules, you’ll put insights into action, refining your positioning, advancing your market strategy, and testing approaches in real-world situations.
