MS. RUTH SHLOSSMAN is a Senior Consultant at Castle Negotiations Consulting Group. With over 25 years of experience as a negotiation consultant, Ms. Shlossman has helped thousands of people learn the strategies necessary to become a master negotiator. Companies that have been yielding greater negotiation outcomes from Ruth’s training include NASA, FCA (Chrysler), US Army, Novo Nordisk, Gillette, ArcelorMittal, BCD Travel, and many more. Ruth is known for taking the mystery out of negotiating and showing everyone how easy and fun negotiating can be. She works with every level of negotiator from neophyte negotiators to senior executive leadership teams. Ruth teaches practical steps to negotiating everything from scope issues to multimillion-dollar mergers. She has also spent time in the Middle East facilitating dialogues between opposing factions. Her seminars are humorous, highly interactive and fast paced with a mixture of lectures and practice cases. A graduate of the University of Florida, Ms. Shlossman also holds a master’s degree from Harvard.
