The Core Code is a FREE, 3-day guided challenge designed to help you build lasting core strength — not through endless crunches, but through mindful, functional movement that supports your spine, posture, and total-body stability.

I’ve been training people for over 20 years — helping them move better, feel stronger, and build lasting habits. I’m also a public health promoter with an MPH from Tel Aviv University, and I care deeply about what drives real, lasting change.

That’s why I created The Core Code — a free, 3-day challenge designed to help you reconnect with your body and build true core strength from the inside out.
