You don’t need to turn your camera on.
You don’t need to share anything.
Just bring yourself and a willingness to pause.
What we’ll explore together
We’ll begin with a short orientation around emotional numbness -not as a problem, but as a natural form of protection.
From there, I’ll guide a simple embodiment and breath-based practice designed to help your body soften and your emotional presence return - at your own pace.
There is no pushing, fixing, or processing.
This is about listening and allowing.
