Hi, I’m Pauline, a yoga therapist and the founder of East West Yoga in Singapore. I specialize in helping busy adults navigating midlife regain mobility, confidence, and strength—even after injuries or years of feeling disconnected from their bodies. My approach is creative, down-to-earth, and entirely tailored to your energy and needs that day—no fancy poses, no fluff. I believe yoga is an art, not a rigid system, and it can be accessible to anyone willing to show up. Through empowering movement, I help people feel vibrant again—regardless of their flexibility, fitness level, or age. As a yoga teacher, Pauline is known for her calm, clear instructions, her ability to demystify Indian traditions for Western students, and her creative, out-of-the-box approach. Her teaching is more than physical—it’s an invitation to break free from societal constraints and reconnect with one’s inner self. Pauline completed 500+ hours of advanced yoga teacher training, specializing in yoga therapy to create safe, effective, and adaptive practices for diverse student needs. She also has 9 years of teaching experience supporting students of all levels and backgrounds. She has worked with: Cancer survivors People with partial paralysis Foot or joint injuries Individuals with severe back or neck pain People with osteoporosis Insomniacs and highly stressed individuals She has guided these students in both private and group sessions, adapting yoga to their specific needs. Her approach is not classical yoga—it is therapeutic yoga, designed to relieve pain, restore balance, and strengthen the body, even when it is stiff, fragile, or injured. Her goal: to help students move more freely, regain comfort, and restore energy safely.
