Agenda
• Intention Setting, Centering, Breathing Exercises - 10 mins
• Guided Hatha Yoga influenced by the surrounding environment (Gentle Flow) - 50 mins
• Sound Bath and/or Deep Relaxation - 30 mins
Who this session is for
This session is best enjoyed by participants who already have some familiarity with yoga.
Absolute beginners are welcome, though the practice may feel challenging at times due to the pace, transitions, and time spent holding postures.
Practical information
📍 Access: You need to park/ taxi drop off at the Gallop Extension Car Park. Then a 8 minutes walk in the park is required to reach the venue. Follow the Botanical Art Gallery sign.
