


35+ Women’s Wellness Circle is approached in a practical and holistic way, with each month focusing on themes relevant to women after 35 such as sleep, digestion, hormonal balance, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and stress.
Through daily guidance, challenges, educational content, and community interaction, members learn to make small, sustainable changes that improve energy, mood, digestion, sleep, and overall health.
The circle offers nutrition guidance, movement and posture practices, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, and habit-building challenges, along with ongoing support from Dr. Devika Kamat and the community, creating a safe, supportive space for women to learn, share, and grow together.
