📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Managing monday.com. Making sure all line items, inquiries and orders progress through the system the correct way.

-Keeping oversight to make sure everything's running smoothly

-Managing order submission to contract printers

-Managing the business email

-Moving orders along the system and into Google drive

-Improving processes and setting up automations

- Assist and make sure all info on the custom order form matches the one on monday.

-Reach out and respond to customized requests, handle communication with the customers for the design request, process orders

-Handle calls received at the business line.

📌 NON-NEGOTIABLE:

- Familiarity with monday.com and Google Suite (Prio: Google Drive)

Good to have: Shopify experience

📌 INDUSTRY TOOLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Monday.com, Shopify, Google Suite
