📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to introduce our real estate services and generate interest.

- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and property viewings between qualified leads and real estate brokers.

- Property Research: Research properties for sale, including details and market conditions, and gather information on commission rates per county.

- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate lead and property information in Excel and CRM systems.

- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure continued engagement.

📌 NON-NEGOTIABLE:

- Excellent US accent and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Experience in real estate or a related field.

- Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and processes.

- Experience in a sales development, lead generation, or cold calling role,

- Strong ability to build rapport and engage with prospects over the phone.

- Proficiency in data entry and updating information in Excel and CRM systems.

- Experience in researching property details and commission rates is a plus.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle rejection.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness in lead follow-up.
