The Trecena of Imox is a 13-day portal in the Chol Q’ij Mayan calendar — a time to dissolve, to dream, and to return to the great waters of consciousness from which all life is born.

Imox is the primordial ocean, the womb of creation, the deep subconscious where memories, visions, and ancestral knowing live. It is the energy of the crocodile, the first mother, the ancient one who holds both chaos and creation. Imox teaches us that before anything can be born, it must first be held in the dark, watery mystery.
