Most of the interviewees featured were from major financial advisory firms and departments, where their livelihoods largely depend on selling high costs Unit Trust investments. We financial bloggers were appalled that such a slant appeared in a national newspaper, so we decided to come together and provide a much more balanced approach to investments with this ebook. We are each retail investors, and we believe our situation and concerns are far more relevant to the man on the street. Most importantly, our interests are aligned. We have no unit trusts or sales commissions to earn when you get you to commit to high-fees investment instruments. In this book, you will find plenty of useful information and nuggets of wisdom contributed by 13 local personal finance and investment bloggers, each sharing their own perspectives of how they approach investing.
