Belle brings a strong background in operations management, financial oversight, facilities management, and executive administration. She has held senior operational roles in Dubai’s retail asset and facilities management sector, where she managed multi-million portfolio operations, monitored OPEX and P&L forecasting, handled subcontractor KPIs, and delivered executive-level reporting to leadership teams. Her experience in high-level operational environments shaped her structured, data-driven approach to business, a foundation she now applies to short-term rental revenue optimization. After relocating to California, Belle expanded her expertise by working in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors in San Diego, while further strengthening her knowledge of U.S. business systems and compliance She earned her Nursing certification in California and is currently pursuing an American master’s degree in business administration to deepen her expertise in strategic management, finance, and entrepreneurship.
