The aim is to motivate body movement at least once a day or a quick workout in your living room.
1. Complete at least 8,000 steps a day OR Complete a quick 15+ minutes workout in the gym or at home
2. Upload the results each day
3. Share any challenges and rewarding moments for each day
4. If consistent, win a gift from Aussi at the end of the challenge
A gift from Aussi to be obtained by the consistent participant may include, but not limited to:
