From Insight to Practice

A 4-Day Orientation Practice for People Who’ve Done the Work - and Want to Live It

You’ve read the books.
You’ve practiced.
You understand yourself.

And still:

  • your mind stays busy even when nothing is wrong
  • your body holds tension you cannot think your way out of
  • calm comes in moments, but doesn’t stay
  • you know what to do, but don’t live it consistently

You’re not failing.

You’re missing orientation.

This is not another reset

This is not a challenge.
Not a transformation.
Not a project to complete.

It’s a short, steady orientation practice for people who are tired of searching and fixing - and want to learn how practice actually lives inside daily life.

You don’t need:

  • more information
  • more insight
  • more discipline
  • more effort

You need your system to learn how to settle and reorient, again and again, without force.

What this 4-day practice is really for

This practice is designed for the reality of your life, not an ideal version of it.

Over four days, we create the conditions for:

  • noticing when you’re overwhelmed instead of being taken over
  • coming back into the body without pushing or collapsing
  • experiencing how breath changes your state in real time
  • letting awareness become something you live, not something you think about

Not to escape your life.
To be able to stay in it - with more choice.

How the 4 days are structured

Each day offers a short, grounded practice that builds on the last.

  • Movement
Soft, precise movement that releases unconscious holding and restores a sense of safety in the body.
  • Breath
Direct, practical breathing tools that support regulation without forcing calm.
  • Awareness
A stabilizing meditation that works even when the mind is active.
  • Simple reflection
Not journaling as a task, but a way to unload mental residue so practice can settle.

If it feels like effort, it won’t last.
That’s why this practice is gentle, repeatable, and non-performative.

What people often notice

By the end of these four days, many people say things like:

  • "This feels different from anything I’ve tried before."
  • "I’m not pushing, and my body is actually responding."
  • "My breath finally makes sense."
  • "I’m starting to notice my mind without automatically following it."

Not because life changed -
but because their relationship to it did.

A doorway, not a destination

This 4-day practice is not meant to stand on its own.

It’s a doorway into a steadier way of practicing - one that doesn’t depend on motivation, intensity, or getting it right.

If this way of practicing resonates, Inner Anchor is where it becomes continuous.

That’s where orientation turns into a lived rhythm.

About your guide

I’m Alina Grinshpoon Jacob - senior Hatha–Raja yoga teacher and certified breath therapist.

I work with people who are done pushing, fixing, and searching, and are ready for a practice that can actually live inside real life.

I don’t teach yoga as exercise or meditation as escape.
I teach practice as a way of meeting life with clarity, responsibility, and choice.
