How This Challenge Works

Every day for seven consecutive days, you receive one focused task. Not a lesson. Not a lecture. A deliverable — something you build, publish, or record and share in the challenge community before midnight. Each task builds directly on the previous one, so by Day 7 you don't have seven separate pieces of work. You have one complete, launch-ready coaching business foundation.

Completion is tracked daily. Accountability is built into the structure. The community sees your progress. You see theirs. That visibility is intentional — it is the single biggest reason people finish this challenge when they've abandoned every previous attempt alone.


The 7-Day Breakdown


Day 1 — April 25 | Write Your One-Line Niche Positioning Statement

This is the foundation everything else is built on. Before a lead magnet, before a landing page, before a single piece of content — you need one sentence that tells the right person exactly what you do, who you do it for, and what changes for them because of it. Not a bio. Not a tagline. A positioning statement with a specific problem, a specific person, and a specific outcome. You'll use a provided framework to write yours, share it in the community channel, and get real feedback before Day 2 begins. If this sentence is wrong, everything downstream is wrong. Today you get it right.

Day 2 — April 26 | Create a 1-Page Lead Magnet Using Canva

Your lead magnet is the first thing your ideal student receives from you — before they pay, before they trust you fully, before they've seen you teach. It needs to solve one small, specific problem so well that they immediately wonder what your paid offer must be like. Today you build it using a provided Canva template, customised entirely around the niche positioning you locked on Day 1. No design experience needed. No writing from scratch. A clear brief, a ready template, and one focused hour is all this takes.

Your deliverable: A completed 1-page lead magnet — screenshot or PDF posted in the challenge channel by midnight.


Day 3 — April 27 | Map a 5-Day Challenge Outline Leading to Your Paid Offer

Now you build the container your lead magnet feeds into. A 5-Day Challenge is the most effective first paid offer for an Indian educator today — low price resistance, high engagement, visible transformation, and a natural bridge to your premium community. Today you map the full structure: the challenge name, the daily task for each of the five days, and the exact moment on Day 5 where your paid offer is introduced. You are not building the challenge today. You are architecting it — so when you launch it next week, you know precisely what you're selling and why it works.

Your deliverable: A 5-day challenge outline with daily task titles and Day 5 offer bridge posted in the challenge channel by midnight.


Day 4 — April 28 | Publish One Instagram or LinkedIn Post: Pain → Promise → CTA

Today you go public for the first time. Using the Pain → Promise → CTA framework, you write and publish one post on either Instagram or LinkedIn — built entirely around your niche, your lead magnet, and the specific student you identified on Day 1. This post is not about announcing yourself. It is about speaking so precisely to one person's situation that they stop scrolling and think this educator understands exactly what I'm going through. You'll use an AI-assisted prompt to draft it, edit it in your own voice, and post it live before midnight.

Your deliverable: A live post link shared in the challenge channel by midnight.


Day 5 — April 29 | Build a Simple Landing Page for Your Lead Magnet

Your lead magnet now needs a home — a single, focused page with one job: convert a visitor into a subscriber. Today you build that page using a provided no-code template. The page has five elements and five elements only: a headline, a subheadline, three bullet points, an opt-in form, and a submit button. Nothing else. You'll learn why a simpler page almost always outperforms a complicated one, and you'll have yours live — with a real URL you can share — by the end of the day.

Your deliverable: A live landing page URL posted in the challenge channel by midnight.


Day 6 — April 30 | Share Your Landing Page in 3 Places and Get Your First Sign-Ups

The page is live. Today it meets people. You'll share your landing page link in three specific places — chosen based on where your ideal student already spends time online — using three short, non-spammy context messages provided in today's brief. The goal is not viral reach. The goal is your first real sign-ups from people who are genuinely interested in what you teach. Every sign-up today is proof that your niche, your lead magnet, and your positioning are working together correctly. Track your numbers. Share them in the community by midnight.

Your deliverable: Three share screenshots and your sign-up count posted in the challenge channel by midnight.


Day 7 — May 1 | Record a 2-Minute Video: Niche + Lead Magnet + 30-Day Plan

The final task is the most personal one. You'll record a two-minute video — phone camera, natural light, no editing required — where you introduce yourself as an educator, explain your niche and who your ideal student is, show your lead magnet and landing page, and share what you're building over the next 30 days. This video is not a polished production. It is a public commitment. A stake in the ground. The moment you stop being someone thinking about building an online coaching business and become someone who has already begun. Post it in the community. Share it on your profile. Let it be seen.

Your deliverable: A published 2-minute video link posted in the challenge channel by midnight.


Challenge Closes — May 2

All submissions are reviewed. The most consistent executor — measured by daily completion rate, quality of deliverables, and visible implementation — wins Canva Pro + an AI tool subscription to continue building what they've started.

But every single person who completes all seven days walks away with something more valuable than any prize: a niche they own, a lead magnet that works, a landing page that's live, their first sign-ups in hand, and the proof — personal, undeniable proof — that they can build this.
